Welcome to Sunny Point Resort! We are proud to present one of Ontario's finest and most distinct Cottage Resorts. What makes Sunny Point stand out is our secluded PET FRIENDLY cottage settings with superb three and four bedroom waterfront Viceroy cottages kept to an exemplary standard and fully equipped.
Your secluded and tranquil cottage is among only 11 buildings that span our over 2,500 feet of waterfront and 86 acres of privacy. Your friendly and helpful hosts are always available when needed or not if you and your loved ones, and family pooch, wish to be undisturbed.
Rare is the privacy that Sunny Point provides. A private dock and drive are included with each cottage and each cottage's motor boat is anchored at the dock.
Our Lakefront inn has only seven suites almost all with balconies overlooking Otter Lake and all with fireplaces or woodstoves. Choose from Junior, one and two bedroom units all with full kitchens and full baths.
For those who wish to delight themselves in luxury, we present the Grand Muskokan. This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath unit has a huge open concept main floor with great room and fireplace, large kitchen with seating for 13, laundry, wrap around deck, nine foot windows, cathedral ceiling, two king bedrooms, and an ensuite master.
If you want to be active, (or keep the kid's busy), we have plently of FREE amenities for your use. We have tennis courts, vollley ball court, hot tub, sauna, water trampoline, water slide, canoes, paddle boats, kayaks, row boat, beach, hiking trails, mini golf, basketball, a play ground, croquet, badminton, horseshoes, and a 1500 square foot Recreation building with library, ping pong, billiards, video games, and indoor shuffleboard.
In the winter, we have groomed & track set X- country skiing, three tobaggan hills, skating, snowshoeing, & OFSC trail 211 connecting directly to Top Trail "C".
Every cottage & Inn Suite comes fully equipped with full kitchen including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, stove, microwave, tea kettle. We supply sheets, pillows, towels, tea towels, pot holders & dish cloths, TV's with VCR's, board games, magazines, wood stoves with unlimited free wood, & electric heat in every room. You only need to bring appropriate clothing, bottled water & your food. |
