In most cases this is a very economical way for students to live and work at a resort or inn while earning money for their education. For those of you considering full time year round employment, please note that approx. 2/3 of these Ontario resorts and inns are open year round. The pay structure, bonuses, gratuities and responsibilities will vary from one resort operator to another.
